PromptFixLab provides AI prompt analysis, optimization, and improvement tools. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PromptFixLab to:
- Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
- Exceed your plan's usage limits through automation
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the prompts you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts solely for the purpose of providing our services.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
PromptFixLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
